Dr. Rachana R. Shukla is an Internal Medicine physician whose career has been defined by compassion, integrity, and a deep commitment to patient well-being. She earned her medical degree (MBBS) from Padmashree Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College at Mumbai University, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical medicine and preventive care. She completed her residency and MD in Internal Medicine at Sound Shore Medical Center of Westchester, affiliated with New York Medical College (now Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital).

In 2015, Dr. Shukla established Shukla Medical Services, PLLC, driven by her belief that excellent healthcare begins with meaningful patient relationships. During 2016 to 2017, she worked for WPPA/WPH in New Rochelle and Armonk, New York, where she provided comprehensive and personalized care to adult patients across a range of medical conditions.

In January 2021, amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Shukla took over the practice of a retiring physician and resumed her independent practice under Shukla Medical Services. She works in New Rochelle and continues to serve the local community with compassion and dedication. Most recently she has moved away from private insurances to a direct fee-for-service model to provide more time and attention to her patients. She continues to practice preventative medicine with a focus on lifestyle modification and personalized tailored healthcare to meet individual patient goals.
